Topics in this presentation will include durable financial power of attorney, living will/medical power of attorney, last will & testament, revocable living trusts, and gifting. The presentation will end with a Q & A segment.
Kelsey is a graduate of Le Mars Community High School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Iowa and her Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota. Kelsey began working in Le Mars as a general practice attorney and is currently a partner with Bauerly & Langel P.L.C. where she primarily practices in estate planning, probate, real estate, family law, and corporate law. Kelsey is married to Robb who farms in Plymouth County; together they have two sons.
