Floyd Valley Healthcare Announces New Pediatrician

Floyd Valley Clinics welcomes Dr. Sean Knight.  Dr. Knight will provide a full spectrum of pediatric medicine.  He will begin seeing patients in conjunction with Dr. J. Meis in August with his practice taking appointments in September.  To reach Dr. Knight’s team, please call (712) 546-3645.

Dr. Knight completed a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Rocky Vista University School of Medicine in Parker, CO, and his Pediatric Residency as well as postdoctoral training with a Sports Medicine Fellowship at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA.

Dr. Knight and his wife are proud parents of 4 boys and their family dog, Tuco.  Dr. Knight enjoys reading, puzzles, sports, TV/movies, gardening (including successfully growing a pineapple in Pennsylvania) and an occasional video game (during his allowed screen time).  He continues to learn American Sign Language (ASL) to support his eldest son.  As a pediatrician, Dr. Knight most enjoys seeing both children and parents learn, grow and succeed however they define it.  He enjoys helping athletes (and adults) get back to the physical activities they enjoy through his work in sports medicine.
