Floyd Valley Healthcare’s Hot Shots program was developed to honor local pediatric patients (ages 6 – 17) with chronic health issues. It’s an amazing opportunity for kids to have a fun time with their family, cheer on the Sioux City Musketeers and just enjoy being a kid for a night.
Nominations for the 2024 – 2025 Hot Shots are open! Parents or guardians may nominate their child, between the ages of 6 – 17, if they currently are or have received care at FVH. Nominations can be submitted online or contact Ann Cole-Nelson in Marketing and Communications at (712) 546-3495 or email ann.cole-nelson@floydvalley.org. Nominations will be open in spring of 2025..
Hot Shots receive a commemorative Musketeer jersey, memorabilia, an opportunity to meet the team and coaches, be a part of the ceremonial puck drop as well as special mentions at their game. We invite you to come out and help us cheer on the Musketeers with our Hot Shots!
