When you need emergency care, Floyd Valley Healthcare’s ER providers and care teams are here – delivering compassionate care 24/7.

Patients should report to the emergency department for any medical concern that could be a serious or acute medical emergency, including:

  • Chest pain
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Stroke symptoms
  • Sudden pain
  • Loss of consciousness
  • Large cuts, bleeding or broken bones

If you have an emergency or need an ambulance, phone 9-1-1. Calling 9-1-1 is almost always the fastest way to get lifesaving treatment.

The Emergency Department is available at Floyd Valley Healthcare 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Parking is available for Emergency patients and families on the east side of the building, and patients need to enter the East Entrance.
