Schramm Joins Floyd Valley Therapies Staff

Floyd Valley Therapies announces the addition of Hannah Schramm, OTD, OTR/L.  She began her duties this summer.  Her specialties include working with pediatric patients with specialized training including a certification in Ayers Sensory Integration (ASI) and is an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS). 

Hannah brings excellent education and clinical experience to Floyd Valley Healthcare.  She completed her undergraduate studies at the Creighton University in Omaha, NE.  She went on to also receive her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy degree from Creighton University.  Hannah has two years of experience in the field working with pediatric and inpatient orthopedic patients.

Alison Vlieger, Occupational Therapy Manager states, “Floyd Valley Therapies is excited to announce that Hannah has joined our team. She has well-rounded interests including extensive training and knowledge with the pediatric population along with experience with the inpatient and adult population. She has completed advanced training in sensory integration and emotional regulation, which is an important treatment component for many of the pediatric patients we see in our clinic. The addition of Hannah is well-timed as we continue to see tremendous growth in this area.”

Hannah enjoys reading, singing, playing the cello, spending time on the water with her husband and children and caring for their pets and animals on their hobby farm.
