What The IONRP is a 12-month, paid residency that will assist you in the transition from the school setting to the work setting as an independent RN. In partnership with the University of Iowa College of Nursing, we provide the support necessary to empower you as a new nurse and reach your full potential as a member of the interdisciplinary team. The evidence based program includes self-paced online learning, monthly live discussions with fellow RNs, coworker/mentor support and a professional experience.
